Yes. All games are sleeved/laminated where possible to allow for effective cleaning. All returned games are held in 'quarantine' for 72 hours and then thoroughly cleaned before being placed back into our library.
Your rental games are curated from the games you have placed on your own personal wish list. After you subscribe you will be asked to reach a minimum number of games on your wish list (5 times the number of games on your subscription). This is to ensure that we have enough of your selected games to select from in case some are already out for rent. Available games are selected in priority order (please see How does wish list priority work?)
You can organise the games on your wish list in your priority order. Every game has a default priority level of 0, simply use the +/- icons on the game cover to raise or lower a game's priority level by 1. Your wish list will then reorganise accordingly. Available games (not currently out for rent) are then selected from your wish list in order of your priority. You must be logged in for any changes to be saved
After you make your first month’s subscription we start working on your delivery straight away. Your delivery should take no longer than 5 working days to arrive. Your following month’s deliveries will be prepared in advance, ready to post as soon as we receive confirmation from Collect+ that you have dropped off your previous games.
Simply email firstname.lastname@example.org and inform us of the name of the game(s) you’d like to buy. We will then let you know if a purchase is possible (all purchases subject to approval) and quote you a price. Any purchases will be made through a PayPal transaction.
When you are ready to return your games just send us a quick email (email@example.com) and we will reply with your return delivery label attached. Simply print and attach to your box. Drop off your parcel at your local Collect+ store.
Don't have access to a printer? No problem, just let us know and we will provide you with a print-in-store label.
Provided that you have paid for the next month's subscription, you can keep games for as long as you like. There are no return dates or late fees. However, you can only hold as many games at one time as your subscription allows.

All of our games come with the original rule book which you can learn the game from. There are also a number of great YouTube channels out there dedicated to teaching board games. In particular Rent A Meeple recommends Watch It Played with Rodney Smith (no affiliation with Rent A Meeple).
Simply go to your account, locate your current subscription and click cancel subscription. You can cancel your subscription at any time with no cancellation fees. You can then keep playing the games in your possession until your current paying month is over, then you simply return the games to us.
